  • pecans, Cup
  • almonds, Cup
  • dates, Cup
  • cocoa powder, Half cup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak nuts for minimum of 2 hours. 

    Blitz nuts and dates in TM for 10 sec at speed 9. It will form a rough crumb. Add cocoa and blitz for 10 sec at speed 8.

    Line tray with baking paper and press crumb out to a thickness of 5mm.

    Freeze for a couple of hours.
