  • 140 grams almonds
  • 110 grams Dates (pitted)
  • 40 grams dark chocolate
  • 30 grams sunflower seeds
  • 30 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Chai Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons tahini

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into bowl.

    Mix 20-30sec/ Speed 9.

    Press into a small tray (20cm)

    Refridgerate and cut into squares.

    I made this tonight, however mixture seemed rather dry and crumbly...it's been in the fridge for nearly 2hrs and still not set. How long should it take to set. it still tastes delicious.
