Ingredients

30 piece(s)

Sesame Snap squares

  • 200 grams sesame seeds, raw
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 80 grams Butter
  • 30 grams cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla ess
  • 20 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Sesame Snaps

  1. Place all ingredents into mixing bowl and cook 8 min/100C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1.

    Pour into prepared tin. Flatten out to edges of tin. 

    Bake for 20 mins at 180C or until golden.

    Slice when slightly cool.

Tip

Tastes just like the bought ones from the health food shop.

Sprinkle any crumbs from slicing onto icecream.
