  • 20 grams Coconut Caramelised Spiced Rum YIAH Balsamic Vinegar
  • 30 grams dessicated coconut

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. 1. Mill sugar and coconut, 10 sec speed 10

     

    2. Add bananas, balsamic, egg white and ice, process for 1min speed 10.

Tip

 Use TMX spatula to stir in a clockwise direction while sorbet processing to ensure ice mixture does not lift away from blades.

This is yummy with a shot of rum whipped through, add with the vinegar and enjoy.
