Recipe's preparation

    fruit compote
  1. Chop rhubarb into inch long lengths.


    Core ans chop apple into 2cm cubes.


    Add fruit to TX bowl and cook 4 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 2.


    Add sugar and cinnamon and cook 4 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 2.


    Add sultanas and cook 2 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 2.

    Delicious. I love the tartness of the rhubarb but others might like to add more sugar. Would make a great crumble!

    Yummy fruit compote, although next time I would either peel the apple or chop it into 1cm cubes as I think the texture of the apple was a touch too firm for the rhubarb
