Strawberry and Coconut Panna Cotta

  • 1 sachet gelatine, or 3 TBS
  • 120 grams water, Warm
  • 60 grams sugar, castor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 270 grams coconut cream
  • 400 grams Strawberry Yogurt
  • 300 grams strawberries, to garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. METHOD:

    1.  Add to Thermomix bowl; gelatine, water and sugar.  Mix 2min/80 degrees/Speed 3

    2.  Cool for 5 minutes; or until temperature reaches 60 degrees

    3.  Add vanilla, coconut cream and yogurt.  Mix 20 secs/Speed 3

    4.  Pour into Ramkins and refridgerate until set.

    5. Garnish with Strawberries
