Sunflower Seed Protein Balls
- 1 very ripe Banana
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 4 scoops Protein Powder
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup toasted Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Mixx togetherr the banana, sunflower seed butter and honey or maple syrup on speed 7 for 10 seconds
2. Pour in the protein powder, coconut flour, cinnamon and salt and process until a dense paste. I use 10 seconds on speed 7
3. Toss in the toasted sunflower seeds and cranberries and pulse on 1 for about 5 times or until they are fully incorporated
4. Roll in to balls and refridgerate until firm
