      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add biscuits to mixing bowl and crush 5sec/speed 4
    (If you prefer biscuits smaller add 2 seconds)
  2. Add butter, eggs, cocoa and vanilla to mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4/ or until the mixture has combined.

Place desiccated coconut onto a plate and set aside.

Roll tablespoon of mixture into balls.

Roll balls in coconut to coat and place into refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to set before serving.


Transfer mixture onto a piece of baking paper, lined with desiccated coconut and form into a log shape.

Once you have the log, wrap in baking paper and twist ends to seal.

Place into refrigerator to set and become firm (approximately 3 hours).

Once firm, slice and serve.
