  • 100 g Aborio Rice
  • 50 g raw sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch Nutmeg

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. 1. Rinse rice (can use simmering basket to do this!)

    2. Tip rice into mixing bowl Closed lid and add all other ingredients into mixing bowlClosed lid

    3. Cook 20mins/100°/Counter-clockwise operationsp1

    4. Enjoy

Tip

You can double the ingredients with the same cooking time, just put into Thermoserver for a few mins if it needs a bit more thickeningtmrc_emoticons.)

    This is a nice recipe to help use up left over coconut cream tmrc_emoticons.)
    The only thing i might do different next time is to add a lttle extra water to make it a mor smooth.

    Sorry I have not tried without sugar, I’m not sure if it would tast like a dessert but you can always try it or just substitute with whatever sweetener you prefertmrc_emoticons.)
