Tropical Summer Sorbet

  • 180 grams raw sugar
  • 1 lemon, Peeled, no white bits
  • 2 --- Mangos, Peeled , seed removed
  • 1 orange, Peeled , cut into pieces
  • 1/2 Pineapple, peeled , can leave in the core

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Put Sugar into the bowl and mill 15 sec / Speed 10

    2. Add the prepared fruit and chop 10 sec / Speed 9

    3. Add Ice cubes and blend 1 min 30 Sec / Speed 9 . Take off the MC and use the spatula to assit the ice and fruit to move easily in the bowl.

    Serve Immediately
