  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 250 g cream
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. To make the custard, measure sugar into TM bowl and mill 10 seconds speed 9

  2. Add egg yolks, milk, vanilla and salt, and cook 7 minutes 90 degrees speed 4

  3. Pour into bowl and refrigerate ~2 hours until cool

  4. Either mix in cream by hand or add both this and custard back into TM bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 4

  5. Pour mixture into ice cream churner and freeze according to manufactureres instructions
