  • 250 grams pure cream
  • 250 grams full cream milk
  • 150 grams raw sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Icecream
  1. Place all ingredients in Thermomix bowl.  Cook 5 minutes at 80C on Speed 4.

    • Place the mixture in a stainless steal bowl and place in freezer until firm but NOT frozen.
    • Take the ice cream from the freezer, cut into medium size pieces and place back in Thermomix bowl.
    • mix for 20 seconds on speed 9 then 10 seconds on speed 4.
    • Return to freezer until ready to serve.

    Omg this is delish!!! i ended up using my whole tub of cream which was 300mls so reduced milk to 200mls and I reduced sugar to 100gms and used 1tsp vanilla bean paste!!!!! Thank you!  can't wait to addd this to my iced coffees

    Lovely flavour!  Ionly used 100g raw sugar and found that sweet enough.  It didn't set very hard.

    Tried this yesterday, my husbands first time at using thermie, and my third (was only delivered yesterday!) Just tasted, very tasty!!! Think I'd drop the sugar a touch next time, but delicious!
