For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1.Chop butter and chocolate squares 5 sec/sp 8.
2.Melt 4 min/60deg/sp2.
3.Add flour, sugar & eggs. Mix 15sec/sp5.
6.Pour mixture into a lined lammington tin and bake in at 180deg C for approx 3Omins
Leave to cool for 10-15 mins.
Dust with icing sugar
