  • 7 blood plums or tinned plums, halved and stoned
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • 60 grams caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essense
  • 250 grams cream or milk

Recipe's preparation

    Pudding
  1. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees.

    Grease an 8 cup capacity oven proof dish with butter and dust with sugar.
    Place halved plums in dish, cut side up.

    Place flour, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk/cream in bowl and mix on sp.4 for 30 seconds till smooth

    Pour the mixture around the plums in the dish and bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until pudding is puffed up and golden. Serve hot with ice cream.
