  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 50 grams Shredded coconut
  • 3 level tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 gram can coconut milk
  • 100 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Method :
  1. Place the chocolate, coconut & cornflour into bowl.

    Grate 10 sec / sp 9

    Add remaining ingredients & cook 90% / 7 mts / sp 4

    Very nice, used coconut cream and 150g water, will probably use slightly less sugar next time as white chocolate is quite sweet.
