Ingredients

Apple and rhubarb

  • 4 green apples, cored, peeled and chopped
  • 4 stalks rhubarb, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, finely ground

Sweet Crumble

  • 100 grams seasame seeds
  • 100 grams pistachios
  • 100 grams macadamias
  • 100 grams Cashews raw
  • 20 grams Coconut Sugar (extra)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, nutmeg, & Allspice
  • 100 grams Cranberries
  • 100 grams white chocolate bits

Sorbet

  • 150 grams raw sugar
  • 700 grams Coconut milk frozen
  • 1 lemon, Flesh only

Recipe's preparation

    Stewing apple and rhubarb

  1. 1.Place all apple and rhubard ingredients into the TM bowl. Cook for 8 mins/100 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1

     

     

  2. 2.Put aside and allow to cool completely 

    3. Create sweet Crumble

  3. 1.Place all nuts , spices and coconut sugar into the T bowl and dry roast for 10 mins/100 degrees/speed 1

  4. 2.Add all other ingredients and chop 3 times/ turbo/ 1 sec- or until desired consistancy is achieved

    5. Bring it all together

  5. 1.Place Raw Sugar into the TM bowl and mill 10sec/speed 9

  6. 2.Add stewed fruit and Lemon- Puree for 10secs/speed 5. Thn scrape down sides

  7. 3. Add frozen Coconut milk . Chop 1min/speed 9

  8. 3. if you require more liquid- add a 2 tbsp of coconut milk

    9. Adding Crumble

  9. 1.Serve Sorbet into small bowl and sprinkle the sweet crumble over the top
