Berry/Banana Breakfast in a Glass

Ingredients

The ingredients can be altered depending on the desired consistency. This recipe is for a thick smoothie and if you let it sit for 5minutes the Physlium Husks will start to absorb the liquid even more. A great spoon in the bottom of the glass number!

  • 1 banana, Frozen
  • 1 heaped tablespoon blueberries, Frozen or fresh
  • 1 heaped tablespoon raspberries, Frozen or fresh
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Boisenberries, Frozen or fresh
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Physlium husks
  • dash cinnamon, Ground
  • 1 level teaspoon olive oil, Extra Virgin
  • 300 g milk or soy milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the TM

     

  2. Measure the milk

     

  3. Attach lid and make sure you have the measuring cup on and secure

     

  4. Mix/blend ingredients on speed 5 for 10-12 seconds

  5. Blend on speed 8 for one minute

  6. Pour into tall glass and ENJOY!

Tip

When using frozen ingredients the consistency is most likely to be thicker.
