The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients to bowl.
Add butterfly.
Whip 20 seconds on sp 4.
Time may vary depending on the cream so listen for the change in sound.
Makes 1 glass.
Easy to make multiple serves, just 2Tbsp of each ingredient per serve.
Spoon over milk and ice.
