Ingredients

Green Smoothie

  • 2 stalks Kale
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 centimetre Cube of Ginger
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Cup of Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Water or Coconut Water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Rinse fruit and vegetables under water.

    Remove peel from lemon.

     

    Cut apple into quarters.

    Roughly chop cucumber, kale and celery.

    Remove skin from ginger cube.

     

    Add all ingredients into the TM and blend on speed 8 for 30sec.

Tip

Add more or less water depending on preferences in relation to smoothie consistency.
