Orange Julius

Place peeled, and quartered oranges in bowl, along with the egg and the ice, blend 10 secs on Speed 9. Add the milk and the ice cream, and blend again 10 sec on Speed 9, pour into glasses and serve.

Tip

This version can also be made using orange concentrate juice, for a large crowd. Great way to use up oranges in season. Could add more oranges, mandarins or lemon to vary the taste.
