- 2 mangoes, (the flesh of each)
- 2 carrots, (ends trimmed, peeled or unpeeled)
- 2 apples, Halved and Cored
- 500 g cold water
- ice to serve

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Prepare mango flesh, carrots and core apples.
Add carrot, mango and apple to with measuring cup insitu and pulse ingredients - speed 10, 20 seconds.
Scrape down sides of themormix bowl with spatula. Add water to and pulse - Speed 10, 30 seconds.
Divide between glasses and serve with ice.
You may need to add more water, depending on how thick or thin you prefer your smoothie.
You may need to mix ingredients longer to smoothe mixture.
