Recipe's preparation
200 gramsof flour in to the TM bowl add the Horlicks and icy cold water whisk on 30 seconds on speed 5.
200 grams of flour with salt and pepper in a dish - roll salmon bites in the flour mix and coat well.
Heat oil to approx 190 degrees celcius.
Dip floured pieces of Salmon into the batter one at a time and place in hot oil holding until they float - wait till they turn golden and turn if nedessary.
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon onto paper towels to drain.
