Ingredients
High Protein Tuna Patties
- 340 grams Canned Tuna
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tsp lemon zest, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil, Optional for frying
- 1/2 tsp Butter, Optional for flavor

- Place parsley and chives in the mixing bowl
Chop 3sec / speed 7 - Scrape down sides of bowl
Add the slices of bread roughly torn
Blend 4sec / speed6 - Add
Tuna
Dijon Mustard
Lemon Zest
Lemon juice
Water
Salt and Pepper
Egg
Mix 6 sec
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3.5 until just combined - Taste and adjust seasoning as required
- Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
- Cook.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden and heated through. - Serve warm with lemon wedges, salad and aioli.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
