Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Into a food processor put the garlic and roughly chopped spring onions, Turbo .5 x twice.
Add prawns and flour with a sherry, and blitz again Turbo .5 x twice.
Let stand, covered with plastic film, for 1 hour.
Then fry, in drops of 1 heaping teaspoon, into the oil poured to a depth of 2 inches in a pan, for about 1 minute each side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
