We really enjoyed this except
We really enjoyed this except that all of the Parmesan hadn't melted. I did chop it up manually in small pieces first. Next time (and I will make it again) I will grate the Parmesan first and hopefully that will help to thicken the sauce which was a bit runny. Apart from that it was really tasty.

I made this on a night when I was cooking for just myself and wanted a treat. It was AWESOME! The only thing I changed was that I added a bit more garlic (5 cloves) and used 300 mls of cream to give a bit more sauce. Worked out perfectly, proportion-wise, with the packet of pasta. This is now my go-to recipe when I can indulge my love of seafood--too bad it's only when the hubby's not there for dinner!
