- 1 package french onion soup mix
- 1 can apricot nectar
- 1/2 can water
- 6 Apricot Halves.

Recipe's preparation
- Roll drumsticks in 2 tbs flour seasoned with pepper
- Place chicken drumsticks into bowl & add french onion soup mix
- Add apricot nector with 1/2 can of water
- Cook for 20 minutes on 100 deg "Counter-clockwise operation" speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Stand for 5 minutes placing apricot halves around chicken

Tip
Depending on the size of your drumsticks will also determine the cooking time. You could also try using the blade cover but not necessary.

Made this last night for dinner and it was great. I followed the receipe to the dot and agree it was to much liquid but it was needed to be able to cover the chicken legs. Maybe a thickener added near the end? Taste was great and had it with rice cooked seperate
I added approx 350ml of
I added approx 350ml of apricot nectar that I had frozen from risotto, no water and used a tablespoon of stock concentrate instead of the soup mix. I had chicken thighs with no skin. Nice flavour, lots of sauce.
Could you use dried apricots
Could you use dried apricots instead, and if so would you pop them into to cook or add later?
