  • 500 grams Lamb Chops, remove the bone and cut into bite size pieces
  • 410 grams can apricot halves in juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 50 grams frozen peas

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Put onion and carrot in Closed lid and chop 5 secs speed 6.

  2. 2. Add EVOO and sauté 5 mins/varoma/speed 1

  3. 3. Add lamb chops and brown 5 mins/100oC/speed 3Counter-clockwise operation

  4. 4. Add apricot halves and soy sauce 10mins/100oC/speed1

  5. 5. Add peas and salt and pepper to taste 1min/speed1Counter-clockwise operation.

    serve with mashed potato to soak up the lovely juices
