Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I didn’t have any kidney beans but found a can of chickpeas to use instead. I also added pumpkin as I had some I needed to use in the fridge and some green beans. I thickened up as suggested with cornflour and it was fantastic. With the vegetables and chickpeas I don’t think it needed anything else

I felt this dish needed a little extra something....I added cornflour to thicken. I would also add some mushrooms and peas next time. Thanks for sharing.
