  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 200 grams button mushrooms, Sliced
  • 150 grams bacon cubes
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 150 grams bread crumbs
  • 500 grams Beef mince

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add garlic, onion, mushroom and bacon to bowl and chop 5 seconds/speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

    2. Add Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs to bowl. Chop 5 seconds/speed 6.

    3. Add beef mince to bowl. 45 seconds/speed 3.5.

    4. Place mixture on thermomat and knead until mixture mixed properly.

    5. Form into rissoles or patties.

    6. Cook in frypan or BBQ until cooked through.

    Lovely flavour, easy to prep but will mix mince with other ingredients by hand next time as texture was too fine. Thank you for sharing this recipe Smile

    Really tasty.

    Be careful when frying because of the cheese the outside can burn quickly if too hot.

    Next time I won't put the mince in at step 3 because my husband doesn't like the texture, I'll just jump to step 4.
