- 220 g Baked beans ham sauce
- 1 brown onion, Halved
- 1 bay leaf
- 350 g Beef mince (lean)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 cardamom pod, Bruised
- 400 g tomato passata
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 100 g baby spinach
- 4 tablespoons Low fat Greek Yoghurt
- 30 g olive oil

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180C
1. Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 3 sec/sp 7.
2. Add the olive oil and sauté for 3 min/Varoma/sp 1.
3. Add the spices and cook for a further 3 min/100C/sp 1.
4. Add the mince and cook for 5 mins/100C/sp 2.
5. Add tomato passata, cardamom and bay leaf and mix 3 mins/sp 1.
6. Add cocoa powder and baked beans and cook 5 mins/100C/sp 1.
7. Using a pizza cutter, cut up tortillas into bite size pieces. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Lightly spray tortilla pieces with olive oil, and bake for 8 mins, or until golden and crispy.
8. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
