- 100 grams sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 100 grams carrots, peeled and chopped
- 100 grams zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 100 grams red capsicum, chopped

- 40 grams chicken stock paste
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 40 grams tomato paste
- 40 grams honey
- 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 700 grams chicken breasts, diced
- 200 grams coconut cream, light

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation
- Add sweet potato, carrots, zucchini and capsicum to bowl.
Put lid and MC on. Chop 5 sec/speed 9.
Scrape down bowl. - Add water, stock paste, curry, tomato paste, honey & all the spices. Put lid and MC on. Cook for 15 mins/Varoma/speed 1.
- Blend 1 min/speed 9. Increasing speed slowly. Scrape down bowl.
- Add chicken and coconut cream. Put lid and MC on.
- Cook 20mins/100oC/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" .
