  • I liked the flavour although

    Submitted by Custard7mins on 30. November 2016 - 17:35.

I liked the flavour although found it a bit too salty ( i used Vegetable  stock) I made it without chicken so added more pumpkin. Will definately make again, just reduce the amount of stock i use.

  • Very tasty, will definitely

    Submitted by melaniegrace on 6. April 2016 - 21:18.

Very tasty, will definitely make it again tmrc_emoticons.) I used bacon instead of chicken and added garlic and extra veggies (more pumpkin, sweet potato and spinach). Only negative is that it definitely doesn't serve 4 people - I only got 2 serves out of it and that's with all the extra ingredients

  • So simple & so tasty! I used

    Submitted by Leaps on 12. August 2015 - 13:23.

So simple & so tasty! I used 1 tablespoon chicken stock & 200g water & served on baby spinach leaves. Next time, I won't let the couscous rest as long (I left it for 10 minutes & it was a bit overdone for my tastes). Thanks for sharing!

  • Hi Aphra, You can use breast

Submitted by Thermomix in Australia on 6. May 2015 - 11:02.

    Hi Aphra,

You can use breast fillets instead of thigh fillets.

Thigh fillets are used in a lot of recipes in the book, as it contains twice as much iron, and is recommended for the babies and toddlers.

Really nice to have something that I actually had the ingredients for.

We were all still pretty hungry afterwards though, filled up on some fresh baked wholemeal bread.

yummy, quick and easy to make, & not too many ingredients.

Added a rasher of bacon, a carrot & some zucchini with a bit of garam masala. Even my hubby commented on how good it was & he doesn't like couscous normally.
