Chicken Burger

Ingredients

Burger

  • 1 piece chicken breast, Large
  • bread crumbs, .25 Cup in mix and rest to crumb burgers
  • 1 dash Milk
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, To Taste
  • 1 pinch salt, To Taste
  • 4 cm Large chilli, About a quarter of the chilli to taste
  • parsley, Handful
  • .25 piece onion
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 slices Chedder cheese, Off the block

Bun Etc

  • 4 bread rolls, Your Choice
  • Salad, Your Choice
  • Blue Cheese Dressing, Or one to your liking

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Onion, Thyme, Parsley and Chilli to bowl

    Chop speed 7 for 3 seconds then scrape down bowl, repeat and scrape down bowl again

  2. Add diced chicken breast bread crumbs, Milk, Cayenne, and salt to bowl

    Mince speed 7 for 5 seconds

  3. Remove from bowl and shape into 4 chiccken burger patties and coat in bread crumbs. The bread crumb could be left out or replaced with flour if desired.

  4. Cook in a non stick pan or place in oven untill chicken is cooked through.

    Add cheese slice to top of burger pattie just before it is done so that cheese melts.

  5. Split burger buns and butter if desired, place salad onto lower section and add dressing of choice.

    Place burger pattie onto salad and close the lid and enjoy.
