  • 6 chicken thighs cubed
  • 1/2 cauliflower florets
  • 6 mushrooms diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 Chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can tomatoes, 400g, Chopped
  • water
  • 1-2 heaped tablespoon smoked paprika
  • salt & pepper / seasoning to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop for 5-6 seconds speed 5

  2. Add olive oil and chorizo and sautée for  2min, varoma temp, speed 1

  3. Add remaining ingredients, pepper, seasoning (chicken will do) and use the tin from the tomatoes to fill with water 3/4 full and add. It will seem pretty full but the cauliflower will break down. Cook for 30min, varoma temp, reverse and speed soft. Keep the MC on.

     

  4. Once cooked pour into thermoserver and let it rest for 5 min to thicken up. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crusty bread

    Made this dish but had to make it in two parts as was way to full for the thernomix, also had to add more water as it burnt the bottom of the bowl, other then that, it was a nice dish
