Chicken Meatloaf

  • 1000 grams chicken breasts
  • 120 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 220 grams Passata, 1/2 for meatloaf & 1/2 for glaze
  • 1 egg
  • 55 grams breadcrumbs
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.


  2. Cube the parmesan cheese then put it into TM bowl. Chop for 10 seconds/speed 9. Set the cheese aside.


  3. Roughly chop the chicken. Mincing the chicken needs to be done in 2 batches of 500g. Chop 30 seconds/speed 4, then set aside and do the next batch.


  4. Put chicken, cheese, half the passata, egg, breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper into TM bowl. Combine 30 seconds/speed 4, do another 10 seconds if needed.


  5. Put mixture into prepared loaf tin. Pat the mixture into a even shape and cover with remaining passata.


  6. Bake for 55 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
