  • I made this tonight and I'm

I made this tonight and I'm really sorry to say my family didn't enjoy it at all. I left out the water as per previous comments but it was still really watery. I also cooked the zucchini separately so the liquid didn't come from them.. I felt the taste was also quite bland. Sorry not our cup of tea.

Amazing! Doubled the meat and mushrooms, and didn't add the water.

Tasty. It came out a bit watery though - no big problem, I ate it all.

Very nice flavours.  I didn't have  4 zucchini so used a mixture of carrot and zucchini sliced using our peeler, worked great.

  • This was really delicious

Submitted by Steve Loves Food on 1. February 2015 - 19:26.

This was really delicious although it was a little runny. Maybe a little less liquid next time or pat the zoodles down 1st to remove some of the water from them. All in all though, loved it.

I made this tonight and it tasted great.  The sauce was a bit thin but I think I put too much liquid in.
