  • few piece sundried tomato
  • goats cheese
  • 2 bacon rashers
  • potatoes, cubed
  • sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Fillet both chicken breasts and lay them breast side down.

    Place goats cheese, sundried tomato and spinach leaves onto chicken breast

    Roll chicken breast from the long side in then wrap the bacon pieces around to help hold the filling in place

    Place in the varoma with potato and sweet potato around it making sure to leave space for the steam to come through.

    Fill the TM bowl with 1000g water and place Varoma in place

    Set Varoma temp / 30-35mins / speed 3.

    Make sure to stir the potatoes during cooking to allow even cooking but always leave a few holes for the steam

    Allow to sit for 5 mins before cutting and serving.

    This was a great recipe to follow, I changed it up by omitting the bacon and stuffing it with cambert and sundried tomatoes. Then poured over some sweet chilli Garlic sauce.
