  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 400 grams chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 750 grams kidney beans tinned

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Peel onion and garlic, half onion.

  2. Place onion, garlic and EVOO in bowl

  3. Add cumin, paprika, chilli powder

    2 min/120C/speed 1

  4. add mince

    8min/120C/speed 1

  5. Add stock, tomato paste, tomatoes,and kidney beans

    20min/100/speed 2Counter-clockwise operation

    Made this recipe in TM31. Used 400g tin of kidney beans. Very easy and tasty recipe, kidney beans did break up but I didn't mind this. Would add more chilli next time. Thanks for sharing.
