Bourguignon Recipe

  • 1 onion
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 gram Heart smart beef steak, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 350 grams button mushrooms, chopped in half
  • 3 teaspoons TM vegetable stock concentrate
  • 100 grams red wine
  • 1 can tomatoes, Can use fresh just add 50-100gms water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 80 grams tomato paste

Recipe's preparation

    Beef Bourguignon
  1. Add onion and garlic to bowl chop 5 seconds Speed 5. Scrape down side of bowl. 


    Add olive oil and cook varoma temp, 2mins, speed 1. Scrape down side of bowl.


    Add chopped beef and cook on varoma tempcounter-clockwise operation, speed softGentle stir setting, 3 mins.


    Add all remaining ingredients and cook on 100 degrees, counter-clockwise operation, speed soft for 22-25 minutes depending on how thinly beef is sliced


    Place in Thermoserver to keep warm
