Tip

This is a really tasty mince dish that you could serve with some additional steamed veggies or even chop additional zucchini or pumpkin when you chop your vegetables

Alternatively you could serve it with some potato wedges

I made this with kangaroo mince and it tastes delicious! This recipe has now become a staple. I cooked quinoa separately and served with that and am going to try pouring it over zucchini noodles or 'zoodles' when I makde this again tomorrow night!

I freeze it. I don't see any reason for it not to be 'freezer friendly'.

Great super tastey healthy recipe! I added a punnet of cherry tomatoes too. The kids (and the big kid AKA husband) loved it with the organic pasta spirals I put it with tmrc_emoticons.-)
