Made this tonight. Love all the veggies it it! Added a carrot in also. I didn't have coconut powder or cream but used 200ml of coconut cream and dropped the water to 300ml. Delicious! I served it with rice for little miss 2 and she loved it

I made this the other week - very easy - thank you! But unfortunately it melted my measuring cup lid thing I didn't realise that was possible. I should have paid closer attention. I may have too many sausages in the basket and as they cooked they expanded and pushed against the measuring cup and melted it. But the recipe was awesome!

Hi there Elise, tried this recipe tonight for tea as we had some uncooked sausages left over from our Australia Day BBQ yesterday! Absolutely delicious! I asked the boys what they would give it out of 5 and it was a unanimous 5 Thanks for sharing this winner
Hi, thank you I made this and
Hi, thank you I made this and served with the mash but couldn't add the spinach (only because I hadn't any) but it was really delicious. Creamy, really full flavoured from the meat stock with subtle coriander and curry flavour and the sausages nice and tender. I am a newbie and am continually surprised how well meat cooks in the Thermomix, this was a first with sausages. My 4 year old enjoyed it also, so thanks for the recipe as I will definitely make again.
This was really nice. Even
This was really nice. Even went down well with the children who tend not to like curries (I suppose sausages make up for just about anything with some kids).
I used a spoonful of a bought green curry paste but I think this would be magnificent with the Tikka paste from the Indian TM cookbook.
Cooked this meal tonight
Cooked this meal tonight exactly as you have listed it.
