Creamy Sweet Chilli Chicken
for the casserole dish
- 1kg --- skinless chicken thigh, or 1.5kg drumsticks
- 1 level tsp olive oil
- 1 red capsicum, roughly chopped
- 8-10 button mushrooms, cut in quarters
- 30 g Fresh Baby Spinach
the sauce
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 200 g sour cream
- 120 g Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 heaped tablespoons chicken stock
- 60 g water
- 1 tsp olive oil

Recipe's preparation
- Place oil on bottom of dish followed by chicken and topping with everything else.
- 1.place onion and garlic into mixing bowl and chop 4seconds/speed4
2. add oil and saute 2min/100'/speed1.5
3.add all other ingreedients and mix 20seconds/speed4
4.pour over chicken and veg
5.bake 50 mins covered on 180' then 20 mins uncovered.
6.serve hot on rice or mash
