Super quick meal and I loved the fresh flavours from the spinach and sun dried tomatoes. I don’t think I could eat this recipe on its own though. After the cooking time, there was a huge pile of oil sitting on top of the mixture which was a bit off putting. I had to mix pasta through it to hide it all. I couldn’t find Italian seasoning at my local supermarket, so I used Italian herbs. Definitely needed salt though, so I’ll keep searching for it. Thanks for sharingSmile
