Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

The mash was great however I didn't like the curry sausages and it wasn't a hit with the family.
Cooking time on this recipe
Cooking time on this recipe is wrong. It's nearly 50mins not 35 so not so good if you want a fast after school dinner like I was hoping when I started.

This was perfect! Too much curry heat for the kids, so I added some greek yoghurt to their portions and they ate it without any trouble. My husband and I loved the heat of this - not too hot, yet hot enough to have a good bite!

We used a little too much curry powder (3 1/2 Tablespoons) for our liking, it was a little over powering. But the flavours are amazing, will definitiely be cooking again.

It should still work in the TM31, some things that may help avoid shredding your sausages are cooking it on reverse and also using the butterfly. It has helped me with other recipes to avoid this same problem.
