If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add all crumb mixture ingredients to "Closed lid" mill 3 sec sp 9. Then put aside for later.
without washing bowl add diced chicken, crumb mix and cheese to "Closed lid" . Mince ingregients 20sec sp8.
Roll chicken mixture into bite size balls and roll in crumb mixture.
Pre heat oven to 180. Shallow fry balls (I slightly flattened mine) for 2 mins each side and place on baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins at 180 and ENJOY!!!
