EASY CHICKEN CURRY
- 1 onion
- 1 green chilli
- 3 cm ginger paste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunches coriander
- 2 level tbsp Ghee
- 2 level teaspoons ground turmeric
- 11/2 level teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 level teaspoons coriander seed, ground
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 2 level tbsp tomato paste
- 1000 g skinless chicken thighs, diced
- 1/2 --- natural yoghurt, cup
- 1/2 --- stock paste, cup

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add the onion, chilli, garlic, ginger and fresh coriander. 10 seconds speed 6
- 2. Add the ghee and saute for 4 minutes at 100c

- 3. Add the turmeric, cumin, ground coriander, salt and tomato paste. Saute for 2 mins at 100c

- 4. Add the diced chicken for 5 minutes 100c
