  • 100 grams Uncooked rice
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 500 grams Beef mince
  • 1 can Whole Peeled Tomatos, 800g
  • 250 grams hot water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons themomix stock
  • 82 grams red wine
  • 3 cloves Garlic.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Method
  1. 1. Put onion,fresh parsley & Garlic in TMX, speed 5, 10 sec. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add uncooked rice & oil, cook 100*, 3 min, Counter-clockwise operation, speed 1.


    2. Add mince, cook 100*, 5 min, Counter-clockwise operation, speed Gentle stir setting.


    3. Add rest of ingredients & cook varoma temp, 20min, Counter-clockwise operation, speed Gentle stir setting.


    4. Serve with rice, or couscous
