Chicken Mince
- 500 grams chicken breast, Slightly Frozen, 2-3cm cubes
Rissoles
- 50 g fresh bread crumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, Peeled
- 1 onion, Approx. 90g
- 1 carrot, Small
- 1 heaped tablespoons Vege stock paste
- 3 stalks Parsely, Washed
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 3. Blitz onion, garlic, carrot and parsley in TM Bowl MC on.
10sec/speed 5.5.
4 Add all other ingredients including set aside mince.
20sec/speed 4.5"Counter-clockwise operation" .
5. Roll into ping-pong sized balls, squash with a fork in a frypan with oil or butter. Fry for a minute or two each side.
Or bake in a 190°C oven for approx. 25 min or until cooked through.
Alternatively you could cook in the varoma above your potatoes for mash too.

Tip
Hide extra vege of choice in step 3.3 but keep in mind that watery vege will require more crumbs to keep the structure of the rissoles correct.
