Bolognaise Sauce

  • 1 heaped teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
  • Small bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon cracked pepper
  • 700 g tomato passata
  • 2 heaped tablespoons tomato paste

Serve with Gluten Free pasta

Recipe's preparation

    Bolognaise Sauce
  1. Place oregano and basil into TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 7. 

    Add oil, minced beef and salt and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature on Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting , placing basket instead of MC onto TM bowl lid. 

    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes at 100 degrees on Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting , placing basket instead of MC onto TM bowl lid.

    Serve with cooked gluten free pasta.
