    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    METHOD
  1. 1. Place Garlic, Rosemary Sprig (leaves only) and oil into bowl.

     

    2. MC in place 3Sec/Sp7

     

    3. Scrape down sides of bowl

     

    4. MC in place. Saute 5min/115 degrees/SP1

     

    5. Add water

     

    6. Put varoma in place. Add Greek Lamb Feta to varoma.

     

    7. Cook 60mins/Varoma/SP3

     

    8. Add potaotes to Varoma.

     

    9. Cook for a further 18mins/Varoma/SP3

     

    10. Add Beans to Varoma and gravy powder to steaming liquid

     

    11. Cook 5mins/Varoma/SP4
